Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and timely collections.
Drive business development through market share growth, territory expansion and forecasting.
Manage dealer network and coordinate with team members and top management.
Build relationships with key/corporate clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Liaise with government and bank officials; support finance and documentation.
Monitor market trends and competitors.
Ensure MIS reporting, SG&A cost control and team training/development.
Requirements:
B Tech Agri Engg or other relevant degree with 5-7 years experience.
Kannada and English.
5 years relevant sales experience.
