Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day EHSS activities, including reporting, communications, training coordination, and documentation.
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
Assist with incident and near-miss investigations, documenting findings and tracking action plans through completion.
Promote a positive safety culture by engaging employees and supporting site safety initiatives.
Partner with supervisors and managers to ensure safe work practices are implemented across operations.
Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including fire drills, tornado drills, and alarm testing.
Maintain EHSS records and documentation, including training records, inspections, SDS management, and compliance logs.
Monitor EHSS performance metrics and support audit preparation and regulatory compliance efforts.
Assist with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and sustainability.
Ensure first aid stations, PPE supplies, and safety signage are properly maintained and stocked.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, safety, or support role.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety principles.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or other post-secondary education.
OSHA 10-hour or OSHA 30-hour certification.
Experience supporting EH&S programs within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective action management.
Requirements: Physical Requirements
Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Frequent walking and standing on the production floor.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in varying environmental and weather conditions.
Comfortable wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ability to work both in an office setting and on the plant floor.

The compensation for this position is included above. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
